I have a technical issue. How do I contact the Innovid support team?
You can submit a technical support request via the Submit Request button in the top right corner of the Innovid Help Center. See Submitting a Support Request for InnovidXP for more information.
Why is my platform slow to load?
If your platform is taking a long time to load and display pages, check the date range. If you have selected a wide date range (three months or more) and this is your first time requesting this date range, it may take a while to load the data.
Try reducing the date range selected in the date picker:

Is there a recommended web browser to use?
Innovid recommends the latest versions of:
- Chrome
- Safari
- Firefox, or
- Microsoft Edge
