Description: This guide provides details about the InnovidXP product for clients who are ad serving with Innovid. The InnovidXP product offers additional slices of CTV data granularity for the measurement tab (Reach and Frequency). This document summarizes what is available within that tab in detail.
InnovidXP delivers a unified view of converged TV advertising, making it easy to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of every campaign – no matter the size, geography and media platform.
You should have received an email notification with your new login information if you did not already have an Innovid login. Once you have set up your username and password, navigate to the Innovid analytics portal and log in.
Once logged into the dashboard, navigate to the "Insights" tab on the top navigation bar.
Once in the UI, use the left-side navigation panel to switch between Portfolio Performance, Reach and Frequency, Overlap, Data Lineage, and Demographics tabs. You may also toggle between "All" video impressions or choose to view "CTV" and/or "Desktop/Mobile" in isolation.
The Portfolio Performance tab provides a high-level summary of your campaign's insights.
Performance [Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Total]
The Performance section displays overall campaign insights in an easy-to-view bar chart. The data displayed can be altered by the Dimensions and Metrics fields. You can view different data slices - from Day, Week, Month, to Totals.
- The Dimensions Field drop-down enables you to toggle through Campaign, Device, Platform, and Publisher Performance views.
- The Metrics Field drop-down enables you to view All, Impressions, Total Reach & Frequency.
In addition, the table below the Performance Summary bar chart displays all campaign metrics. The default metrics displayed change to match the options you've selected above, but you can view additional metrics using the drop-down menus.
By clicking the menu at the top of each column, a drop-down will appear that will allow you to Sort (Ascending vs. Descending), Filter (i.e., Greater than vs. Less Than, And vs. Or), as well as Columns (additional metrics). Totals for each metric can be found at the bottom row titled Total.
Note: Columns are interactive and can be moved by clicking the top row and dragging the column to the desired spot. You can also trigger the sorting filter (ascending or descending) by clicking the top row of any column/metric name.
The Audience Geography section shows your Total Reach, Impressions, and Frequency broken out by state and/or DMA.
This section is where you can view your Publisher Overlap performance. You can highlight a specific publisher's overlap metrics by clicking a publisher name on the y- or x-axis.
By hovering over the overlap "bubbles," a pop-up Venn diagram will appear, displaying overlap metrics such as Unique Reach Percentage (%), Impressions, Total Reach Overlap Percentage (%), and Total Impression Overlap (%).
Share of [Unique Reach or Impressions] Chart
The Share of Chart is a visualization chart that displays either Share of Unique Reach or Impressions across several dimensions. The Metrics Field (circled in orange) allows you to switch between Impressions or Unique Reach percentages.
The Dimensions Field (circled in orange) allows you to switch between Device, Platform and Publisher.
The names of whichever dimension is selected are displayed at the bottom and are identified in the legend with the associated color. A pop-up will appear by hovering over a color, showing Total Reach, Unique Reach, Impressions, and Frequency metrics.
Reach and Frequency
The Reach and Frequency tab provides an in-depth view of your campaign's reach, frequency, and overlap insights by Publisher and Platform. This tab can be broken down into two sections: Reach by Platform/Publishers and Frequency Distribution (bar graph).
Reach [Platform or Publisher]
This section displays your campaign's Total Reach in comparison to Unique Reach. The Dimension Field allows you to switch between Device, Platform, Publisher, as well as Platform & Publisher views.

Using the Dimension Field, you can switch between Device, Platform, Platform & Publisher, and Publisher Frequency Distribution views.
Frequency vs. Impressions
This section displays your campaign's Frequency in comparison to Impressions. The Dimension Field allows you to switch between Device, Platform, Publisher, as well as Platform & Publisher views.
