Managing my InnovidXP Account Settings

Purpose

This article overviews general admin tasks: changing passwords, accessing account details, finding your platform ID, and switching language settings.


Changing your password in the InnovidXP platform

From the home screen:

  1. Select the User icon > Manage Your Account and select Change your Password:

  2. Complete the fields and click Change Password.

From the login screen:

  1. Select the Forgotten Password link to reset your password. 
  2. ​​​​​​​Enter your account email address, and a link to reset your password will be sent to that address.

Accessing your account details

In the home screen, select the User icon > Your Account to display the Manage your account menu.

This menu provides the following links:

  • Change Password
  • Change Preferences
  • Send a Test Email
  • Portal Usage Terms and Conditions

Where can I find my platform ID?

The platform ID is shown when you select the platform name dropdown on the main menu:

Switching language

To change the language of your platform, select the Globe icon in the menu bar and select your preferred language.

Available options are English, German, Spanish and Japanese:
