Changing your password in the InnovidXP platform
From the home screen:
- Select the User icon > Manage Your Account and select Change your Password:
- Complete the fields and click Change Password.
From the login screen:
- Select the Forgotten Password link to reset your password.
- Enter your account email address, and a link to reset your password will be sent to that address.
Accessing your account details
In the home screen, select the User icon > Your Account to display the Manage your account menu.
This menu provides the following links:
- Change Password
- Change Preferences
- Send a Test Email
- Portal Usage Terms and Conditions
Where can I find my platform ID?
The platform ID is shown when you select the platform name dropdown on the main menu:
To change the language of your platform, select the Globe icon in the menu bar and select your preferred language.
