Purpose

This article provides an overview of the XP Campaigns area where you only have Spike model linear campaigns. Select Impression-based Linear and OTT Campaigns to view XP campaign information that tracks impression-based linear or OTT.

Overview

The Campaigns area provides an overview of the effectiveness of a single linear campaign and at-a-glance comparisons of multiple campaigns.

It is a great way to get an overview of your campaigns’ impact over time and compare campaigns to one another.

You can create your own campaigns and define a campaign as a period (for example, week, month, quarter, holiday season), a particular series of creatives, or a combination of both.

The Campaigns area gives insights into:

  • How a campaign performed
  • The value and cost of a campaign
  • How a campaign performed compared to other campaigns
  • Whether a campaign was effective and efficient
  • Where the campaign responses originated from, and the device used

Creating a new campaign

The Campaigns tab is only populated with data once a campaign is set up:

  1. Select Campaigns from the main menu.

  2. In the Campaigns Overview page, select New Campaign to display the Add/Edit Campaign pop-up:

  • Average total cost per response
  • Average total response rate

You can also view a graph showing the number of responses by total cost and cost per response for each day of the selected campaign, for example:
