Ad serving onboarding process

Requirements |
Innovid will discuss all business goals and KPIs with you and determine if additional training sessions are required. We recommend that these conversations begin around 30 days before you can work directly on platform traffic digital ad campaigns. |
Training |
You will be granted access to the Innovid Learning Management System (LMS): Innovid Ad Serving to complete the self-guided video content and quizzes. When you are finished, you will receive a certificate of completion. Note: Certification takes 1-2 hours, depending on the learner's pace. |
Demo |
Once you have completed the certification, let us know, and we will organize a live (usually virtual) demo and training session specific to your setup. This includes live platform features and workflow examples to ensure your team is confident about beginning tracking. We will record the session and send it to the Account team for review. |

We provide ongoing support, including our Help Center and from our team. Our Help Center includes articles, videos, overviews, step-by-step instructions, and more. |
