Description: This article describes submitting a change request for video, display, and audio settings within the Certification Portal.
Video, display, or audio settings are initially set when a publisher is certified to run Innovid Ad Serving tags. If the settings change after the certification, a request to update them can be made in the Certification Portal. The update will be applied at the profile level and be the default setting for all tags moving forward.
The following update requests can be made:
- Video resolutions, display ad specifications, or audio formatting specifications
- VAST version of the tags (2.0/3.0)
Ad specification settings
To request a change to the ad specification settings, details about what needs to be enabled or disabled must be provided. The listed information below should be provided at a minimum:

Requesting an update
Note: If you are submitting a request on behalf of a publisher, you must provide written confirmation from the publisher supporting this request by replying to the email from Innovid after submitting the form below.
To request an update to your Ad Serving settings, follow these steps:
- Login to the Certification Portal.
- Select the Ad Serving Settings tab.
- Select New.
- Complete the requested information. Provide the updated specifications and additional information in the Description field.
- Select Save to submit the request. An agent will reach out within 24 hours after submission.
